Optimal temperature management in the area of the injection unit and the area of the tool or the cold runner is a prerequisite for the production of high quality moulded rubber items. The fastest possible starting of production and sufficient emergency reserves of cooling capacity when operating the cold runners constitute an additional requirement for temperature control.

MAPLAN offers the right tempering solution, for every case of application, in conjunction with high quality tempering devices from renowned European manufacturers. Both water and heat transfer oil are used as tempering media. The available cooling capacities range from 18kW to 100kW.
Our tempering devices are certainly fully integrated into the machine's control system and all process parameters are displayed transparently.
The customer can of course have specific device from another manufacturer to be integrated into the machine control system.
Many devices are also available in the energy-saving DCI design.
