Our MAPLAN engineers developed a new control unit generation based on high-performance, usability and intuitive operation combined with state-of-the-art technology.

lt combines a large tauch display with fully scalable user interface, full web functionality based on HTML5 and a modern, clearly-arranged design.

Intelligent operating options like our cycle configurator and the freely programmable button fields make the control unit especially simple and efficient.

Networking

The new control unit generation 6 offers comprehensive networking possibilities. The production manager can access the machine at any time and view process-relevant data. This can also take place remotely via smartphone or tablet without disturbing the machine operator. The customer can also benefit from networking with the Maplan after sales support department.

Intuitive operation

The (6000.web visualisation is a full HD touchscreen with a large 21" portrait format. The high resolution display and the support of large buttons and graphics ensure fast optical recognition and improved readabili ty. The multi-panel option is also new: Multiple self-sufficient panels on the screen can provide a better overview of production. The control panels enable independent login s, authorisations and page calls.

MAPLAN Vario Switch

The novel and ergonomic Maplan ,Vario Switch' user concept offers the user 3 pushbuttons with fixed allocations and 4 or 5 rotary switches that can have variable allocations. The functions are selected by selecting the allocation row then that can be configured individually on the touchscreen.

MAPLAN Smart Light

The MAPLAN "Smart Lights" are multi-coloured indicator lights with alarm sounds tha t can be switched on and off. They provide information on the current operating status, as weil as the machine being ready for the next cycle or whether it i s safe to reach into the injection or clamp area. The visual countdown that indicates th e remaining vulcanisation time an the MAPLAN machine by using a vertical color gradient wich is very useful.
